NEW DELHI (TNN Dec 19, 2012): Sunday's gang rape in the city has angered people. In a show of solidarity to the victim, volunteers of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's Art of Living hosted a candlelight vigil at India Gate on Tuesday.
The need of the hour is "to raise better human beings rather than just punish heinous crimes", they said.
"Moral education should be a part of the school curriculum. Children must be taught to respect everyone including strangers," Tarun Om Kathuria, a volunteer, said.
